In some ways a true crime “who done it”, we are taken on a familiar feeling path where a case is built and defense is made. This is an easy story to follow, tying in some current events for a full understanding of the elite world we are talking about.
Equal parts travel guide and spoken word poem, Sound of Our Town takes listeners on a bird’s eye tour of a city each week. Through the veins of the music each locale has cultivated, we are taken from the hole-in-the-wall bar to the stadiums, and given a tiny bit of history along the way.
We are led through the tragedy with kindness and care, yet there is an obvious underpinning of rage. Not only was this enraging for the immigrant community, but also for Ireland as a nation.
